Sepehr Center holds several courses for a wide range of trainees. All these courses are designed with a modern onthological/phenomenological approach. Most of the courses are held in a sepcial workshop style in order for the trainees to obtain the techniques for the implementation of the subject matter in action at the end of the course, without any need to go back to the old school method of reading and memorizing the textbooks.

Management and Leadership

The onthological/phenomenological approach, today, is the dominant approach in many areas of knowledge in the top universities of the world such as Harward, MIT, Stanford, and the like. This course of "leadership" is based on transformational learning, in which, rather than focusing on learning new subjects, a transformation in preassumptions, perspectives, and viewpoints are taken into account. In other words, it is a transformation in those subjects with which learning new subjects is supposed to occur. IT Management in Education

The goal of such trainings is to manage and develop the working systems based on information technology. The trainees of this course will be able to analyze the working systems of their organization and, based on IT and Sharepoint,to design, implement, develop, and maintain those systems.

Relying on training compatible with professional jobs, we present training and workshops according to the needs of the organization, in addition to which, our specialized training seminars can help the organization in developing the proper organizational culture. Marketing department is responsible for the revenue of the organization. It is believed to be the face of management to the market and the outside world. Education Infrastructure Library (EIL), is a framework based on best practices for educational centers. The architecture of this framework is service-oriented encompassing both conceptual and operational concepts of an educational center.
